Bank settings

Payee details are embedded into newly created QR orders. Changes apply immediately and persist in data/settings.json.

Sandbox mode — bank behaviour simulated, no real money

OFF = use real bank APIs. Each bank goes LIVE only when its merchant credentials below are set (and its adapter is implemented); otherwise it stays in SANDBOX.

Razorpay (aggregator — real UPI today)

Select RAZORPAY when creating an order to accept real UPI payments through Razorpay's hosted page. No payee VPA needed — settlements go to the bank account linked in your Razorpay dashboard (HDFC / SBI / ICICI — any bank).

In the Razorpay dashboard (Settings → Webhooks) point the URL at the address below, subscribe to payment_link.paid and payment_link.cancelled, and paste the webhook secret here. Test keys (rzp_test_...) work immediately. Note: Razorpay cannot reach localhost — use a tunnel such as ngrok while testing locally, or your deployed domain.

Note: a personal UPI ID cannot be payment-confirmed programmatically — LIVE mode requires a merchant VPA onboarded for UPI acquiring with that bank (see README).
